We are seeking multiple Business Analysts/Process Engineers, with expertise in Business Process Management and Agile delivery, to assist us with a wide range of upcoming client engagements.
If you are looking for a new assignment in the field of Business Analysis, and have a passion around the management, optimisation, and engineering of processes, whether on a contract or permanent basis, then we would love to hear from you.
Whilst roles will vary depending on the client and their market sector, all roles will require expert process management knowledge, and the ability to utilise Skore process mapping software to enable our clients to move from their As-Is process state, to an optimal To-Be state.
These assignments will require:
Workshop planning and facilitation
Delivery of process workshops to identify complexities and inefficiencies
Management and realisation of process benefits
Awareness of Agile delivery methodology, and ideally Scrum Master expertise
Requirements analysis and definition
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of Skore or other UPN based mapping products is very welcome
All engagements are expected to be outside of IR35, and are anticipated to be delivered in a hybrid capacity, with occasional on-site visits likely to be required, depending on the client. There are likely to be both part time and full time assignments.
