This weekend, Team Marjolo will be taking part in the Run For All Sheffield 10K, in support of Sheffield Hospitals Charity, and the Orthopaedics Team at the Northern General Hospital.
Over the course of 2022 we’ve had first-hand experience of the fantastic emergency surgery and care at the Northern General Hospital. Over the past few months, the Orthopaedics Team have gone above and beyond for the Marjolo family and their many patients, providing an exceptional standard of care and doing their utmost to ensure their patients progress on the road to recovery. Thankfully, owing to the hard work, compassion, and dedication of the Orthopaedics Team, their patients will go on to make a full recovery.
Now, we want to give back, and thank for them for all they do for the Sheffield and South Yorkshire community. To help ensure the Orthopaedics Team can continue to provide this excellent standard of care to those who need it, we have decided to take part in the Sheffield 10K and fundraise on their behalf.
Money raised by Team Marjolo will be available for the Orthopaedics Department to use in a manner that will best help their people and their facilities, and will help ensure they can continue to provide exceptional healthcare for the Sheffield and South Yorkshire community.
